Warranty Policy

Warranty and Repair:

Compesti Sdn Bhd equipment is engineered for high performance and reliability. If your product breaks down within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it for you, Subject to Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Coverage Period:

Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and extends until the end of the covered period.

Exclusions from Warranty:
  • Warranty claims do not cover any accessories damage.
  • Warranty claims do not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or other non-manufacturer-related causes.
  • Depending on the assessment, Compesti Sdn Bhd will determine whether to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent product. The final decision rests with Compesti Sdn Bhd.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The claimant is responsible for delivering the defective product to Compesti's office for diagnosis/repair or replacement. claimant delivery is available during regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) and excludes weekends and after office hours. The diagnosis process will not be carried out until the customer delivers the complete machine with its parts and accessories.

  2. Upon completion of the repair process or if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, customers are required to collect their product within 14 days from the date of Notification. Failure to do so will result in a storage charge of RM100.00.

  3. Compesti Sdn bhd is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from theft or other incidents if pickup isn't completed within 14 days after notification.

  4. By submitting your unit for repair, you are deemed to have waived any claims of compensation, monetary or otherwise, to which you may be entitled, and you agree to accept any compensation, by which we may deem fit to offer in our absolute discretion. The provision of compensation under this paragraph is subject to the provisions of this warranty.

  5. Compesti Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge a service fee for out-of-warranty repair/service of any nature and shall not be deemed liable if the conditions are not met.

  6. Customer Agreed that a Diagnose Fees will be imposed if it not within the warranty period.
