Our Cancellation Rights

Compesti Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any order in the event that the product becomes unavailable for any reason. Should this occur, we will promptly notify you and initiate the refund process for the payment you have made. Refunds will be credited back to the Customer's credit card account, subject to the processing time required by your financial institution.
 
 
 
Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 12 hours after payment is made and clear but it is subject to approval based on valid and reasonable grounds.

Conditions for Returns If Agreed by Compesti Sdn Bhd
We do not accept return, refund or exchange of goods unless the products have manufacturing defect.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
· The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days.
· The Goods are in the original packaging.
· The Goods isn't used or damaged.
· The Goods must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
If any return of goods is made for reason other than manufacturing defects, only regularly priced Goods may be refunded. Shipping, handling charges, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
Refund will be made after deducting shipping, handling charges and transaction charges.
 
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanging Goods
We don’t currently offer an exchange service.
